"I was headed back to Georgia after bike week when I experience problems with my Honda Sabre. I looked up the nearest Honda shop on my gps and followed it to Purcells, and thank god it did. I told them I was heading home and having problems. I explained what the bike was doing and even before looking at the bike they knew what the problem was. In a hour later my bike was running and sounding like new. Thank you to all the service crew. They are very professional, courtesy and fast. Outstanding."

I bought my 05 VTX1300 Retro back in 2004.
I recently had to have it repaired because i just couldn't get it right myself.
I was very grateful for David and the crew in the service dept. for doing an excellent job.
the bike runs better than it ever has.
i do have a beef with GE Money for stopping the use of my Purcell's Honda credit card.
not even a e-mail or letter from GE Money that i can not use it there anymore.
other than that Purcell's has a great service dept. now and i'm very appreciative to the guys back there.

"Originally purchased my 2007 Yamaha Road Star from Purcells. Never had any problems nor any stories told to me. It is nice to not have sales people try to take you for a ride for a change. Everything any sales/service person has ever told me has been out of trying to actually assist me, not to just try to make a sale. That is refreshing in this day and age. My recent purchase and parts install was a pleasant experience as well and the salesperson that assisted me (Robby) is to be commended for his work. He went out of his way to help and for that Purcell's has a lifetime customer.

"A few weeks ago I purchased a Trophy Pro 2052 boat. I wanted you to know how the way your staff has gone way out of there way to make this a very nice experience. "My salesman was Tony. I couldnt have been more please with him. I showed up around 9am to check out some bikes. 3 hours later i picked the one i wanted and rode out happy as a person who just won the lottery. He even gave me a free full tank of gas with out telling me. I was never pushed or forced into a new motorcycle. To me that means alot. Knowing you can come in look then pick then ride out. This was my 1st brand new 2008 honda shadow spirit. I was so pleased that i even rang the bell 8 times to show my appreciation to all of you. "

"After purchasing my used 2004 Honda CBR 1000RR the motorcycle developed serious fuel system problems. This was very discouraging to me as well as stressful. In this instance Purcells could have elected to stand by their policy of used bikes being as is with no warranty. Meaning that once the sale was completed I would be on my own in dealing with this problem. This would have cost me thousands of dollars and a completely horrible experience. Instead Marco, and the General Manager whose name I cannnot recall went way above and beyond all customer service standards and spent over $2000 correcting the issues with this motorcycle. I cannot begin to tell you how this defines the character of your dealership but I think you know. I am a very satisfied customer and being a management official, with the most successful heatlth club chain in our area (Lifestyle Family Fitness) I have a pretty good idea of how to rate a companys customer service standards. The folks at Purcells have shown me that they are dedicated to the satisfaction of their customers and i would not hesistate to refer anyone to their dealership. keep up the good work guys! and I will see you at service time.
